Rim, rims, and more rims

I'm still a noob. So I would like to get some rims on my NBP TSX. I like the Konig Trouble in 18" graphite (or just some really nice looking 18" rims). I like the 5 spoke design or RH Evolution S7 or something similar to that. I am still open to suggestions, but I must admit those Konig Trouble seems tight! I think CMF has some nice rims on his TSX. But my fiance is like "why the hell would you want to spend more money on rims when I think the stock rims already look nice on your car?" Women! Anyhoot, she also suggested I just chrome out my OEM rims. Anyone ever do this to their stock OEM rims? If it's cheaper than getting new rims (for the time being), I wouldn't mind doing that. Oh and price-wise, I am looking to spend maybe around $1000-1500 for tires and rims, of course cheaper is better without lowering quality of the rims and tires. Any suggestions or ideas? I'm not really into the rice rocketing my car thing, but more into making it look nice, inside and out. Thanks.

i was just at the dealership today and those optional TL rims are beautiful, was just wondering if they would fit on the TSX.

I think Sturm has the Troubles, and I have a pic of chromed OEMs. The wheel gallery should be up tonight for real.

My opinion, pass on the chrome and the Troubles. I think those S7's would look pretty good.

Ooohhh....OOooohhh looking at the wheel gallery, I am kinda liking the black rims on a NBP like the Maya STM, G-Games 77Wolf, or Excel DL-46 (in graphite or black, of course).

imo definately go to 18" unless you have some specific reason to stay at 17". Looks better, but you'll need a drop
