recalibrating speedometer

Hi, new here looks great and excited to read up on all the topics already posted. Haven't found it yet, but I was wondering if anyone has had their speedo recalibrated after changing their rims/tires. Also from the look of your post Dan, if you read this, if I were to get a larger wheel but replaced it with a smaller tire, so that the total diameter of wheel+tire stayed the same as stock, then I would not need to recalibrate? Does the speedo read just wheel or both of them? Thanks for your help!

I'm pretty sure the TSX's speedo would be hard to recalibrate.
