Rear Strut Tower Bar...
does anyone have it?
...or does one even exist for our car?
Just wondering because I have seen some Integras with their rear interior looking like a jungle gym.
Does having a rear strut tower bar even have any type of advantage?

Advantage = more rigidity in the rear end of the car
Do we have one for the TSX?
Its funny you ask this because my bro-in-law saw a Teg with one here in Ohio and called me to ask about it for the TSX.

There isn't one for the TSX mainly due to the how the upper shock mounts are hidden behind the sheet metal. I was thinking about a custom one which involves with welding up all the seams on the rear cross member. Then, fabricate a tie bar that spans under the cross member and weld to the upper shock tower. This should stiffen up the rear and eliminate the infamous rear cross member noises.

You can see the "X" cross bars in the trunk/seat openings, I'd say thats rigid now, not to mention the rest of the roll cage.
Yeah I was also hoping there would be one, but where the shock towers are, it would pretty much be a safety hazard for any rear passengers, if any, depending how its mounted of course.
