re960 vs exalto a/s

help me decide which tire to buy. i like the mich exalto because of the weight but dont have the load rating. bridge re960 has the xl load rating but a little heavier. i know its only 2 pounds. is load rating really that important? give me some suggestions, even with different brands.

Ive been researching tires as well...hands down its the Bridgestone for all-season, look at all the reviews, this one is the clear winner imho.
