Problems with adjusting ride height on tein SS coilovers!

I just finishing installing the Tein SS coilovers but I have a problem with adjusting the rear coilovers. I did it fairly easy with the fronts one with ease. I jack the rear up and tried to adjust the rear and loosen the two green perches with the wrench from Tein and I am able to loosen the botton perch but the top green perch where you adjust the ride height, I tried to turn it in either direction it is just wouldn't bulge, it is so tight. Anyone have this problem please chime in.

The rear has extra tension on the spring from the preload. I would try again.

I have tried it and it just wouldn't move, is it because I got it at full stiff maybe I should soften the dampening.

That would be my thought - the lower ring is like a locking ring once you've set the upper one to the desired position..
Makes sense otherwise vibrations would cause the upper ring to slacken and drop over time. With two, this is much harder to achieve.
