Well, I went to JoesTSX's America's Tire store at Long Beach today just to get my 16" tires flipped. While we were chatting about the front fenders clearance, we noticed a very very long crack on the sidewall of my front tire (the 19" wheel). The crack is located at the end of the shoulder block (on the tire sidewall), and is as long as half of the circumference. I don't know when the crack started, but that looked very unsafe. So Joe swapped my rear wheel into the front, and use the spare for the rear. Man...the car looked ugly with the spare on. Anyway, I'm getting 2 new tires (thank god I bought the certificate, so I'm only paying $22/tire now). For now, I'm rolling on the stocks. I missed my Volks.

Oh...sorry, I don't have a pic of the tire since I didn't bring one with me, and the tire is now at Joe's store. Maybe Joe can snap a pic if he has time.

BTW, for those who are in So. Calif. area, you gotta go to Joe's America's Tire store in Long Beach. He's so cool, and he was very careful about my rims. And I'm sure he'll give you guys good prices on the tires too.
