Need help on A-spec suspension.

I drive an 04 TSX AT. I'm looking for an A-spec suspension kit.
Recently I have no luck on it. I find a set on ebay ($650) but it's for MT.
I find another set for AT but then it's for 06+.
Last week, I got a quote from South Coast Acura. It's $900 for just the suspension kit.

Here are my questions:

1) Are 04 and 06 a-spec suspension kit interchangeable?
2) How about MT and AT? Are they interchangeable?
3) I check the Mugen Sport Suspension which is very similar to A-spec suspension. There are only 2 sets, one for 03-05 and 06+. so... will they fit in both MT and AT?

Help me please.

( I use search and find out that 06+ provides more drop than 04-05 but don't know if they are interchangeable or not.)

1- yes
2- yes
3- the suspensions fit identically. Whether or not the drop is the same across the board I cannot say. But all 04-08 TSX suspension fits and works exactly the same.

^^^If I remember correctly, if you use the MT version on an AT, you'll get a slightly larger drop since the AT weighs more.

I believe there is no difference with the rear assemblies. Only the front assemblies are slightly different to compensate for the weight difference between the AT and MT.

human668...

Great question!! I'm in the same boat!! I looking for A-Spec too.

From what I know and from what I have read, 06-08 suspension will fit 04-05 with a lower stance. If you have a AT buy AT suspension, if you buy MT it might void your warrenty.

AFAIK it amounts to about 1/8" difference, maybe 3/16". We see the same thing when installing Teins. They are the same for all the cars and they all fit identically but we need to make the front's a smidge lower on MT to account for the weight difference. I think the kit must have been made on an AT car.
