Need help deciding!
Well I've narrowed down the wheels I want to buy to 2 choices, but I just can't decide LOL
The first is "WedsSport TC005 (Light Grey Painted finish) 18x8", where I am looking at ordering them, they are saying the recommended tire size is 215/45-18, doest that sound right for this rim? Is that the best tire size to go with? I've got a 06 NBP, and I think these would look pretty good.
My next choice is "IFORGED RETROS (Polish finish) 19x8 +48 offset" these are being sold with Toyo T1R's already on them, I'm not sure exactly what the tire size is, but they look great! I really like these, only they are quite a bit more, however really really sweet looking rims!
Does having 19's affect my MPG's? I thought I have heard somewhere, if a rim is to big, it can mess up the acuracy of the speedometer etc, is there any truth to that? Will the 19's, or the 18's for that matter effect the VSA in anyway?
Thanks for any input!!!!
BTW, my suspension is currently stock, but probably be installing a set of Tein or Tanabe Coilovers eventually. Thanks

I'd go with WEDS.
And 215's are way to small for our car, I stil dont know why tire rack recommends this size.
But, your best two sizes for 18's are:
225/40 (majority are running these, slightly smaller in diameter)
235/40 (I'm running these on my 18x8's, and they are pretty exact to OEM diameter)
....and yes MPG may suffer with 19's depending on weight. But overall any plus sizing of wheels over stock will cause some MPG loss.
But so do many other factors.

So if I went with the 18's, would I be better off with the 235's over the 225's??
Thanks!
