Need help on Coilcover Question (Newbie)

If a coilcover is "height adjustable but no damping adjustable".
What does it mean?
Please give me a little in detail. I am willing to learn.
Thank You & Appreciated

height = height of the spring
dampening = firmness of the shock

basically no dampening means it has only 1 firmness setting, can't adjust how soft or hard it is, but I didn't think any TSX ones were like that...

The yellow Konis aren't coilover. It's just a shock but its damping can be adjust by a knob at the top at its body.

I used to have the Koni yellow. In order to change the height of the suspension, the spring has to be taken out entirely. However, If you want EASY height adjustments (no need to remove any parts of suspension to adjust height), get the Ground Control Coil Over Sleeves with your Koni, instead of regular springs. They are the best bangs for the bucks.
