Mine are stickers too. The Mugen logo is embossed on the center caps, and it is cast in the design of the inside lip.

Just to let you know when you wash your Mugen wheels make sure don't wash with any other cleaning chemical. Wash it with regular car wash liquid. I noticed that the sticker will flaked off little by little. I took it to a car wash place and noticed that after a few days the sticker on one of the wheels was coming off.
I was so piss that it happened that I brought another set of of the wheel.

So DON'T use any other washing chemical.

Will the tire shine mess-up those Mugen wheels?
Is there a special cloth to dry them?

Tire shine wont mess up the wheel. Those are oil base. It should be ok.
