Mugen NR......please help me
Im looking to purchase a set of 4 Mugen NR Mirror Face rims
17x7, +48, 5x114.3 …or ….17x7, +53, 5x114.3
http://www.kingmotorsports.com/category.aspx?cat=14
Right now I have the stock 17s rims and tires (215/50R17)
If I purchase the 17s Mugen NR Mirror Face rims would they fit the stock tires?
If not, what size of tires I need to get?
Thank you I appreciate your input and help.

I have 17x7 +53 NR's...this pic really doesn't do them justice, but here you go:
![](http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/8306/tsxnrsa9.th.jpg)
-My car is lowered on 5-way Mugen adjustables, for some reason it looks higher in pictures than in person
-The tires I had at the time had a real "baloon" look to them making them look higher profile than they are. They were Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S, and I did not like them at all, for many reasons. My current tires are Bridgestone RE960's and they look and perform much, much better. The difference in how they make the wheels look is surprising (sorry, no pics yet). Anyway, If you get these wheels, I really urge you to get these tires (or any tire with a rim protector) as it will make the wheels look more agressive. The stiff sidewalls on the bridgestones, in particular, will make the car more responsive compared to the stock tires.
-I've never been a fan of huge wheels/tiny tires. Most people on this site don't like 17's, but in person, 17" NR's look pretty nice.
-I have another set of wheels 17x7 +45. They're OK, and they are more flush with the fenders, which looks nice, but steering feel suffers. Get the +53s if you want to retain stock steering geometry
-I have a Mugen front lip on the way which I think will make the car look better
I'll post more pics when everything is done. I want to do sort of a 2006-version of, like, eviljohn's car from the other site.

I think they're around 19 pounds. Not really light, but lighter than stock. They're made by Ray's, the "RF" logo is stamped into the back of one of the spokes on each wheel.
I believe the 18's are like 21 or 23 pounds or something like that. It probably depends on whether they're 18x7.5 or 18x8.

Yep, mirror finished. It is pretty awesome, because everything but the actual face of the wheel is painted gunmetal, so they look pretty dark from certain angles.
I'll email you about the price.
