I just recently got the koni cup with the sports springs. After putting them on I notice the ride is a little rougher than stock. I'm not sure what setting the firmness is on but wanted to know what is it at defult or is there a break in period.

You can adjust dampening. Maybe someone turned it to a firmer setting. There really isn't a default setting. If you thing it is rough, turn the damper to the softest setting. Your cup kit should have came with a white knob that adjusts the dampening.

lol, i guess the settings were off, one of the front was almost 360 while the others were barely or none. now the ride feels much better.
