Kobe Wheels. . . any thoughts?? w/MR TSX

I'm interested in getting some wheels made by "Kobe".

Any thoughts from those of you that have bought them on quality, weight, finish??

I think they look good, but the highest offset on any of their wheels are are +38 which is no good on a TSX...

What's the lowest offset I can go without them sticking out past the wheelwell?. . .+45mm or so?? I very picky about the style and now I have to start looking some more. . .I want USDM/JDM style that don't look that "aftermarket".
