i have a set of authentic racing hart type c-2 three piece wheels, on the inner wheel hub is a signature of the person who finished my wheels in japanese, i was stationed in korea and my wife who was in the air force was stationed in yakota air base japan, special ordered these through a friend who's uncle worked for the company...but my question is, it has a sticker with works on it, did the new company "works" sub contract with racing hart...or are they all subcontracted to one major company and then put the name of the wheels on them..doing a school project on economics and the cost of capitalism...thanks for any advice
