I'm back...looking for new rims, need opinions...

Alright, so I currently have 18" TSW Volcanoes on my car, but I'm looking to get some nice 18" Black Rims w/ Polished lip.

This is one that I'm looking at but I have no clue on quality. Has anyone heard of SSW wheel manufacturer?

I'm also pretty sure that the 18x8 w/ +42 offset should be fine, but what do people think? I am lowered 1.9Fx1.6R (I think, though it may have dropped a little more since I've been on them for close to 2 years).

I want black w/ polished lip rims, but I don't want the rotor and calipers showing that much since it doesn't look that great. That's why I thought these would look sweet since it would cover most of it.

I'm not shutting the door on getting the G, but I'm only going to do it if I find a nice one. I may try to sell my TSX first...but I obviously wouldn't pick up new rims if I was going to sell my car. I'm going to put an add up on Craigslist soon.

Oh, I may also just go the cheap route and repaint the TSWs black myself...

That's what I did with the rims that I had on my integra and it looked pretty sweet.

Yeah, lead is fairly cheap still, compared to aluminium.

should have picked up those Iforged Aeros $1500 shipped, he said he would change the offset to fit a tsx. But those spokes were pretty thin, so might have looked funny without a bkb.

If you're trying to keep the cost reasonable, why not try the Motegi Track Touge from Tire Rack? It's in the same vein as your TSWs, but the spokes are wider to "hide" the caliper and rotor better...

I know some people have their opinions on Motegi's, but if Tire Rack is carrying them now, I can't imagine the quality is bad.
