Good Price for A-Spec Suspension installation
Hey,
I have called the three Acura dealerships around me, and all are quoting an hour and a half per wheel, or 6 hours of work, which puts me around $540. They have to be joking. I read on here from a few other owners that it takes about 20 minutes per side, or about 2.5 hours, which would be around $180 to $250.
I am willing to pay around $250, but $500 is a joke. I live about 4 miles outside of Philly. Does anyone know of some place relatively close that is reasonable or a place that I can get them installed that is reputable?
Thanks!

Nice new avatar!!!! Yeah, 3 hours sounds fine to me. So, I would be fine taking it to just a reputable shop around me and having them install it. My warranty wouldbe void on it though, wouldn't it? Even though its an Acura Susupension piece?
If I can find someone do install it for $250, I would do it in a second. If anyone knows of a place within an hour of Philly, let me know.

Doing it yourself or using an aftermarket shop won't void your warranty on your car, unless an error in the install causes the failure. The warranty on the A-Spec parts themselves, which is 12months/12K miles unless installed before taking delivery, wouldn't be in effect, but there's little chance of failure with the struts or springs themselves anyway.
My dealer did it for $300.........
