Falken GR Beta FK-451
Does anyone have any experience with this tire at all. I am looking for something that is grippy for my volk wheels but want something that will also last pretty well. I also want to use them to auto x with occasionally.

I had a set of these on my Integra when I first got it. They're decent tires and provide good grip, but they seemed to wear pretty quickly if you really push hard (we had some great mountain driving behind my college so I was up there a lot and as a result, it wreaked havoc on my tires). I would examine a few other options first if you're looking for a tire with long wear and is good for the ocassional auto-x.

I'm currently using BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW tires and they are pretty decent. I haven't tried an auto-x or anything of that nature yet, but for spirited driving, they have been excellent thus far. Plus, they have a 320 treadwear rating. There are several versions of this tire that all can be had for around $100 apiece.

read some revies that said that they are noisey. are they noisey at all. also what ever I decide on it has to be by tomorrow by noon cause I need to get them mounted on the volks before the show next weekend as they are going to be part of my display.

anyone else have a opinion on these two tires. I am leaning towards the Falkens cause they are cheaper at under 100 a piece and have never heard any complaints really about Falken.
