I have the TEIN Flex coilovers for the CL7 on my car. I got them instead of the TEIN Flex Coilovers which are for the TSX.

It fits with teins flex and spring rates are ok for CL9 although the car is heavier.
However, we experience the metal mounting can give it a noise as over humps etc. The tein Super street uses back the OEM's rubber mounts and this is quiet but spring rate is soft and street use. Harder springs needed for better lowering the ride.
Generally for us in Singapore, we reduce front end 1 finger to clear the tyre from top of wheel arch.
You might be better off buting an american made springs designed for the TSX.
