Comptech Springs?

hey guys,
i've been searching around for some springs to lower my 04 just a little bit. does anyone have comptech springs on their tsx? just wondering how they would compare to htechs and what your opinions would be..im only looking for like a 1" drop.
I found comptechs on ebay from an acura dealer....

Thanks,
Drew

If you get springs, go used, because you'll save a lot of money. Also, any drop below about 1.5" will cause your shocks to blow real prematurely. They'll still go out quicker than normal though. Comptech drops it by 1.6" in front and 1.4 in rear, so you'll be ok. You might want to consider just saving the pennies for a coilover kit though, because eventually you will probably want to go lower and with most coilovers you can lower it more if you want. Also, you won't have to worry about the shocks blowing.

I had Comptech Springs on my previous car. Can't go wrong with Comptech products.

The comptechs are discontinued but this is sort of a moot point really. I like the HTech a lot myself. Don't forget that Heeltoeauto.com is listing springs by the different lowering ranges helping you compare a little more easily:
