Comptech RSB w/ poly bushings??
I'm going to be buying either the Comptech or Progress RSB today (thought the g/f was going to be getting me it for x-mas.....oh well ) and I have done a search, but still have one question: It seems as if ppl were saying the Progress was a better deal b/c it comes with the poly bushings, but then I noticed this http://www.tsxparts.com/product_info...products_id=61 Does that mean that the Comptech ppl wised up and added the poly bushings?? If so, is there any other reason to buy the Progress over the Comptech?? Also, I don't plan on doing the exhaust.

The comptech RSB comes with rubber bushings and always has. However, some people like to purchase poly bushings to replace the rubber ones provided because they are more durable and are more resistant to squeaking. Energy suspension seems to be the favoured poly bushing of choice. Hope this helps.

When you install either bar with poly bushings, be sure to grease the crap out of the bushings, and I'd wrap a layer of teflon tape around the bar as well. Especially in the cold, poorly-greased bushings will groan and creak and drive you nuts. Properly greased, however, they're terrific! Have fun.
