Coilover Spring Loose

I recently helped my son purchase a 2006 Acura TSX. After realizing a wheel stud was broken, it opened a can of worms. I found a broken caliper slide pin bolt, missing brake hardware springs and then I noticed the coilover spring was loose and able to be spun. Since the previous owners did a horrible job, I got to figure it out. What do you suggest I do to resolve this? I am not sure if shocks or springs are aftermarket.

Tighten everything up.

Those look like inexpensive coilovers. Get decent ones or just replace with stock springs/shocks if you don't want it lowered.
