Coilover Install

I was wondering if anyone has had a set of coilovers and a rear camber kit installed at the dealer. I want to know about how much its gonna cost me.
thanks!

the dealer will charge an arm and a leg more than a normal shop. you should see if there are any performance shops nearby

^^

My guess assuming they agree to install aftermarket parts is ~$1,000 inlcuding a free alignment.

I got a quote from Tustin Acura.

Rear camber labor w/o parts: $650

Coilover install w/o parts: $1195

Might as well get a SC kit with that money

Might as well do them yourself =/

Try to get a quote from a normal shop, I always avoid going to dealers for installs -___-;;

It doesnt really work that way. If a shock fails, for example, that will not be covered under warrenty, but that works for if they install or not. Even if the dealer installs they don't cover aftermarket parts. They will cover the installation (i.e. If you have a problem that is a result of bad installtion they will cover that, but that works for most good shops)

And you warrenty doesnt get void by anything you do to your car. If you have a problem as a result of an aftermarket part, that won't be covered. But that's up to the dealer to prove.

It will void your suspension warranty, but the coilover warranty should cover that part of the car. Go to an import tuner type place. They will charge way less. I asked a shop up here how much it would cost to put a set of coilovers in and they said about $130, I already have them, but since I was there I just compared prices.
