Offset: 55
Bolt Pattern = 5x114.3
Exact same size as the stock TSX wheels.
The short answer = yes.

Yeah I love the look So much in fact i'm shopping for some knockoffs. A bunch of manufacturers have similar styiles. The ones that seem like the would fit best is the rota subzero 17x7.5 +48 or +45. Other manufacturers(rs concept prop, enkei rsf2) have similar styles but only in +40- +42 offset which probably won't work very well.
Unfortunately the rotas are in low supply right now...hard to find.
if anyone knows anywhere to buy them let me know...i'm in the mood to splurge.

i looked on honda's site and these were the closest i could find:

They come stock on the Accords and are 17". They're just not gunmetal.

yeah, those are close but still not the JDM's 
the rota's are cool, there is just something about those jdm wheels that appeals to me. i saw a set on a car around here not too long ago, they just looked so good. maybe i'll save up
