can't decide between 18s or 19s

first, i know that there's a lot of people that already asked this kind of question but still i can't make up my mind.
anyway right now i'm thinking abour lowering my CG with eibach pro-kit. later on i will probaly put some wheels on and here are my concerns
1. i live in chicago and have to commute about 60mi once a week on 90, which has "bump" sign every year. even more my garage has a very very steep slope actualy right now my left front underside bumper got scraped last week and it has only 1000mi on it.
2. if i'd choose to go with 19s i will probaly go with 235 but if it was 18s i will go with the 225. will there be any rubbing at all??? lets say if i have a correct offset for the particular wheel.
3.if i go with 18s with prokit will the "look" of the car's gonna be a lot dif than 19s. i know that i'm deffinitely not going into any car show but i also want it too look good on the street.
4. i maybe running my car on the track
5. with 18s i can get a better and lighter weight wheels (SSR GT1) but with the 19s i will probaly have to compromise and get sth that's cheaper(maybe velox? i don't know).
i'm pretty much concern with the look between 18s and 19s cuz the only reason that i'm considering 19s is just because the "look" . however with 18s i can get a good tires (s-03, nero) and a lighter weight wheels. will the look be that much different???
