Don't forget, the springs will kill your struts sooner or later.

i have the H. tech's i'd say perfect drop...looks like it should be from the factory, eliminted wheel gap but doesnt look excessive, and it still retains factory comfort with added cornering and steering stability

So, just the H techs and thats it? I'm a noob and learning, too...
I'd love to drop mine, a little, along with a rsb for a better look and handling but i don't want to worry about excessive wear on anything else or break the bank changing out a lot of other things.

do it right the first time then.. so u wont have to worry about off balanced handling and excessive wear

coilover + rear camber kit + rear sway bar + (most importantly) alignment is the way to go

Yeah there really is no cheap way to do it. Either a full coilover set and a camber kit or springs, shocks (neuspeed koni shocks are popular here) and a camber kit. No matter which way you go you are looking at 800-1000 easy before install. Springs, depending on what you are looking at can run 175-250, camber kit is about 140, and the shocks are going to be 500-600 alone. The least expensive coilover that people recommend is the tein basic. There are plenty of people on the forum that run these and love them. Search for coilovers, tein, neuspeed, koni, etc... or whatever spring you are looking for and you'll find tons of info.

since you guys are talkin about wears on stock struts and such, how about like after market coilovers or lowering springs on the a spec suspension? or is that a bad idea?

Which would you guys say is better? Back when I lowered my accord, the consensus was that spring/shock provided a better ride, and coilovers had a harsh ride (although adjustable height). I'd say it's been maybe 6 years since I've had to research suspension (my accord had the perfect setup for me), but from what I see/hear on these forums, coilovers are quite popular now. Has things changed?

Then again, my TSX is stock, and when I drove over a semi-rough road a few days ago, my car seemed to bounce around like my accord did when it was first lowered...so maybe the coilovers aren't so different from TSX stock? lol
