Also looking for wheel and tire advice :D

I got an 07 tsx with 18's currently on it, Motegi sp10s, but the offset on them are messed up and my tires rub like i said in the previous thread so now...im looking for some new 18's that want rub and want prohibit me from lowering my car.

So im asking for some people to post some rims, please, that look good on the tsx...i know that everyones likes arent the same but its nice to see examples of rims

o and the reason im asking and not looking on my own is because i dont really know which rim will fit on my car and want rub obviously

Lowered to no-1/2 finger gap all around. Runnin 18x7.5 +42 Work Emotion CR Kai's in bronze on 235/40/18 Fuzions. Minor negative camber in the rear, no need for fender rolling or anything for me.

Thanks for the compliment. Not sure what the rims are, where did you get the pic from? What are the specs of the rims? For 18 I suggest probably running around a 225/40 if you're looking at 18x7.5 or 18x8 size rims.

All of the ones that you (TSX_Mike) posted are nice and will look good. They will hit your wallet hard as they are for the most part pretty costly. Good luck.

18x7.5 +40-48 is very common and safe in terms of rubbing.

i have black rpf1s in 18x7.5 +48 w/5mm spacers all around. front is pretty flush but the rear is not.

Those Mugen NRs look great, but they are way expensive. If you can spend it also check out the Advan Kreuzer Series X or OZ Alleggerita HLT.

They will with the proper fender mods. Chefpeter has a sick and aggressive setup that looks beautiful with a fender roll and pull. I think he is on this forum too, saw his new pics on the other forum and looks great.

very very sexy thank you for finding them but i still have stock brake rotors and stuff i fear it will take away from the way the rim looks and turn it into an eye sore..if anyone can show me a tsx with these one there that would be good!!

how much would all those fender mods and stuff cost?

one more thing i live in mississippi there are little to no car mod shops here ...majority of the people here like to buy trucks and put 2 foot lifts on them and say yehaw...no offense if anyones into that ha

Depends on the size and width.

I ran 18x8 +45 for a while with a nice drop and never rubbed once.

I am now in 18x7.5 +40 and don't rub one bit.

What size are you thinking of?

Here are some pics of my car with some 18 inch OZ Ultraleggeras in black...

As you can see, they dont really bulge or or concave in, they are pretty much straight.

+1. The TE's look better but those rims aren't too bad. Endless BBK are total sex!

Endless BBK's are really good. They stop on a penny Its a 6pot system with an inch bigger rotor and endless brake lines.

Here is a picture of how 18x7.5 VOlk LE37's (same as TE37's, just got a polished lip) look...

Here is a picture I found with the rims on a black TSX...

I think the rims are pretty nice. They look similar to my Advans, well the spoke design does.

What is your price budget for rims?

Also, safe offsets for no rubbing on a 7.5 width would be anywhere from +55-+40. But if you decide to get a BBK, you have to be real cautious of your offset.

The only main problem that comes with buying a BBK, is the price. Depending on which brand you get, the price can be anywhere from a few hundred bucks, to $4,000.

They all perform relatively the same, it just depends on what you are going for with them. I went with Endless because they perform awesome and have a ver nice rare JDM factor to them.

Other brands such as Rotora, Stoptech, Project Mu, J's Racing, all perform the same but all have different price tags.

BBK stands for Big Brake Kit, which means that it comes with a whole new set-up, so you just buy the kit and install it, and then put in some fluid in and your good to go.

Definitely do suspension first, it makes a huge difference in performance and aesthetics.

Suspension usually comes in a full kit if you coilovers. If you buy chocks, then you need to buy springs. I recommend buying coilovers, they allow you to adjust the height to your preference.

The N+ are good from what I have heard/ read. The are tolerable in daily driving and can slam your car. If you bought them, you would just swap them out with your existing suspension, and I believe they come with top hats so you dont need to reuse your old ones.
