245/45/17 work?
Hey folks so how about this setup.

17x8 +49 Offset with 245/45/17 rubber?

I would stick with 235/40, but 245/40 might work?
not sure though.
but I do think those in the 45profile would be too big?

i agree, 235/45 is stock diameter, so im sure it will be a little oversized lookin in 245/45

it would "fit", but its not a very good idea, the tires are going to look meaty and possibly rub some

Has no one actually tried this size? The overall dimaeter is only slightly larger (< 1%) so that's not an issue. Question is will it fit width wise and at what offset?

Has anyone actually tried 245/35r17 tires on 17x8 wheels?

I couldn't find any info on such setup for TSX.

245/45R17 tires on TSX
Has ANYONE tried 245/45r17 tires on the TSX? I would like to put them on TL wheels but not sure if it's the way to go or not.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
