I beat my Auto TSX with my regular Mazda 3 to 60mph. Those Mazdaspeed3 has more than 100 hp than regular. They are in TL, 330, G35 performance. I have been thinking to trade in my regular 3 with those.

By the time you hit 60mph he's going about 85. Not gonna happen. I think the 'speed3 is one of the best bang-for-the-buck performance values around. And it's a pretty useful hatchback configuration with some nice "luxury" touches -- kudos to Mazda.

2.3L4 Mazda 3 auto is not as quick as a 5AT TSX based on some experiences. I'm not sure about how the manuals compare. M3 speed is one fast car - has a relatively weak chassis but a lot of bang for the buck.

I laughed when I read this because the exact thing happened to a MS3 while I was at Lime Rock a few weekends ago. I wish I could find the video of it.

Mazdaspeed 3 does 0-60 around 5.4.
Right around the same as 350Z, WRX, S2000., probably very near a TL-S.
Smokes a TSX, G35, TL.
Gets creamed by a WRX-STI, Lancer EVO.
