I don't know of any off the top of my head, but I know my buddy takes his M3 pretty far away to race it...

There is a new car dealer area under development in Naperville near the Fox Valley Mall that is supposed to include a 'test drive' track. Apparently Naperville does not want people goign on crazy test drives up and down Ogden and Rt59 anymore.
