I had my tsx for about 3 years now and recently I notice the wipers acting weird. Instead of wiping the windshield clean and clear, it left smears and seemed to not get all of the rain. Is it time for me to replace them? They don't squeak or make any type of noises.

 

if they're not working well replace them, buy the inserts from your dealer those work the best... better than replacing the whole wiper

 

how much are the inserts? can I install them myself or do I have to get them to put it in for me.
