Windshield Washer problem

When I turn it on, the wipers themselves works fine, but no windshield washer fluid. I checked the obvious (fluid level, fuse, disconnected hose, clogged nozzle), all are okay.

I live in the east coast and the weather here the last few weeks has been very cold and we've had snow/sleet/freezing rain.

It was working yesterday but I noticed that the spray was not the same as before. What do you think I should check next? The windshield washer motor? Is there another fuse that I may have missed (I checked the fuse panel on the driver side (left foot))?

If a new motor is needed, any idea how much it cost? is it easy to replace? I've done most of my maintenance and feel confident that I can DIY this as well.

Do you hear the motor at all? It's was pretty simple to do on my civic and the TSX looks to be put together the same way. It was under the bumper in the civic.

^I do not hear the motor at all. Do you know the part # or how much it cost? This is the worst time to have this issue.
