VSA and ! yellow traingle

my ! yellow triangle light is on all the time. the VSA button no longer toggles the system on/off. after a 1/4 mile of driving the VSA system announces issue but clears when i restart car, but comes back every cycle. before this i had a check transmission light, but was a one-time solenoid issue and cleared on its own after a restart of car (and my shop cleared all codes later in day to make sure it wasnt more serious).

i think i need a HDS system to reset the VSA system, but wondering if theres anything else i can do till the appt happens.

the interstate battery is 15 months old(and under warranty), and connections are tight.

these lights appeared directly after a ALL code reset using a current technology snapon car tool.

interesting...the snapon computer tool should have reset everything.
my mechanic used the snapon computer tool to pair my ECU with my new Engine and keys. so, it should be able to reset the VSA.

can you try resetting/clearing codes again with the snap on tool?
