VSA modulator problem?

VSA modulator problem?
my 06 TSX started to give me problems xD
last month i started my car and 3... lights came on..check ABS,VSA, and brake..
the 2 lights (abs and brake) turned off after driving couple of miles but not vsa. ever since then, those lights just keep turned on and off constantly..
i took my car to one of the local shops here cuz im in upstate ny and there is no acura dealers around here
neway the guy in the local shop tested and he said vsa modulator might caused problem but he couldn't tell what was actually wrong with it.
so i brought my car to acura dealer during da thnx giving break for da test (paid them $109 for da test). but they couldn't find nething wrong wid my car since da lights weren't on at dat day....
Im bringin my car back to dat dealer again after my finals.
my non-acura warranty only covers abs modulator but, fortunately, vsa mod and abs mod are same unit
