With sunroof open voice recognition fcks up.

Example: Majesty: Radio 1560 AM

Serenity: Radio 1010 AM

Majesty: NO, NO, NO, Radio 1560 AM

Serenity: Radio 1600 AM

Majesty: WHAT THE FUCK???? RADIO 1560 AM

Serenity: Radio 1010AM

Majesty: GOT DAMNIT (MANUALLY turns knob)

Anybody ever have that happen....?

Well... the microphone is up near the "homelink" controls. The voice recognition needs quiet in the background in order to be able to recognize. That's why when you hit the button, even the A/C fan stops, along with the music.
If you have the sunroof open, it creates a lot of noise that's near the microphone.

Maybe you can just program the AM station into there as a preset so you can just hit the button on the wheel when the sunroof is open.

Around what speed were you doing? I usually don't have the sunroof wide open on highway simply for the wind noise and air drag; not for voice rec. as I don't have Nav.

If you do a search you'll find a way to make the mic more sensative so it can hear you better whent the windows are down...its one of the map/menu/setup menu things.
