Well, I still have the white lemon TSX/Navi. I got a lawyer. Letters of pleasantries were exchanged by both legal parties. Honda's legal counsel likes to wait to the last day of the hearing to discuss any type of settlement. So while waiting for a response from Honda, I had my brakes services 2 times within 14 month (it made my steering wheel vibrate badly when braking) and vibration of steering wheel at high speed is still there. Luckily, Acura service was good, didn't charge me anything for all the service work on brakes and what not (although they tried to once).
Honda has such reputation that unlike GM, Chrysler, or Ford, they will never exchange or give you a new car. They will go to the court and fight you tooth and nails if they have to. Since my case has been settled and me signing the release form, mentioned above is the all I can include. One advice I can give to those who are having repeated mechanical issues without any remedy: GET A SMART LAWYER WITH BALLS! Those who aren't afraid of big corporate legal team. I am not happy at all with the settlement I received and most likely, this will end my decade long relationship with Acura. I am in the process of purchasing '07 Infiniti G35x premium/Navi. Only thing that bothers me about that vehicle is that piss poor gas mileage. I do 25/29 with my TSX but G35x is about 18/24

Wow, sounds like you went though quite an ordeal. I get vibration in my steering wheel when I brake. Don't know what causes that.

Another thing, how do you get 25-29mpg? I get typically 20-24mpg. I'm sort of a lead foot at times, but on the hiway I'm getting around 24mpg. Odd. maybe I need to change or do something differently?

Your front rotors have uneven brake deposits on them. Fixed free under Acura TSB.
