Long story short, my car isn't starting and this exact same thing happened last month. The dealership said they swapped out this 15A fuse, and have it labeled as #19 under dash.. but in the manual that's listed as IG fuel Pump???? Does anyone know where the PCM/IMMOB./Main relay fuse is??? I swear there's more under rash fuses' than the 3 rows located under the dash..

ANY ADVICE is appreciated.

 

Fuse 19 underdash supplies power to the PCM, Immobi control unit and the PGM-FI main relay #2 (which in turn energizes the fuel pump when commanded by the PCM).

DAMN IT then.. I don't know why it's not working.. I had the exact same symptoms.. the car choking couple of times.. and then finally just doesn't start or even try to.. I've tried moving another 15A fuse in there.. but no luck..
