Making progress finally after 24K miles. For anyone who's having rattles... check the ceiling hanles. After months of blaming the inner door panel, my service manager (good guy) has localized the problem up high. Its just loose! I could not believe it. I've been trying to localize that damn rattle for months. Its not in the door. At least not at the moment.

I have had brake, wheel bearing and rattle problems. And I've had to go back to the dealer regarding the same issues many times. But once all is done and said, this remains a very high quality, tight and precise drivers car. My advice to anyone who's having problems with their TSX is to be patient and continue to deal with your service department. Once your issues are dealt with, the car will be extremely rewarding to own.

I wish someone would have given me this advice months ago.
