I guess that answers the question about which parts of the seat are "pleather." That sure looks like a leather problem to me.

Just back up about 20 feet from your monitor and its a lot clearer.

How old/how many miles on your TSX? See what some leather cleaner & conditioner will do, and if your TSX is relatively new, I would talk to the dealer about a replacemant seat.

I have the exact same scuff. The care is scheduled to go in next Thursday, I'll let you know what I find out. It's not a lack of conditioning.
