I run into this problem twice in less than a month. I don't know if there is something wrong with the buttons on my steering wheel or not. My first time when I press channel up it increases the volume instead. Now when I press volume down, the volume goes up. And when I press volume up, it changes the track number. Does anyone know what's wrong with it? Should I take it to the dealer for them too look at it. The thing is it happens once in a while so if I bring it to the dealer maybe it will start working again... so I don't want to do that yet until it happens constanstly. Any idea guys and gals?

 

^^ Yeah I would take it to the dealer. This shouldn't be happenning and if it is, you shouldn't have to mess with it yourself.
