So my whole interior would shake violently (especially the headliner and door panel) and loud puffing noise occur in my ears as if it about to explode!! Something is not right, it seem like the cabin is equalizing with the atmosphere.

This happen strongly on highway speed! Has this occur to you?? Anyone local in Sacramento wants a ride in my ride and tell what the heck is going on?? Front window are close and only the rears are down.

 

This happens to everyone, no need to be concerned. I believe it has something to do with the natural resonance of the car.

 

It happens because of the low drag coefficient of the car. The air flowing across the window opening is very smooth and fast that it causes the cabin to drop in pressure. Bernoulli's effect.
