Hi Guys,

Suddenly the slow release mechanism on my center cubby stopped working. The spring inside is working fine. So, when I open it, it opens very fast instead of opening smoothly. I opened the cubby and tried to figure out if something broke but couldn't find any broken component. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on here? Do I need to lube it or something?
