I had a little scratch on the back on my Artic Blue TSX which I had the service dept fix. When I got home, I looked more closely and noticed they had painted over half of the TSX emblem on the back on my car...I was so mad. I'm definitely going back there and complaining.

 

most service departments will refuse to do touch ups...they usually just give you a bottle of the paint and tell you to do it yourself...

My dealership offers this service but I think they have some specialist (or something) come in to do the work.

I've got a very small dent/scratch on the rear fender (5 mm at most) and they wanted $150. I was as I walked out the door.

 

Well the reason they did it for me is because they washed my car and left all these surface scratches on my car from the brush. So I went and complained about all these scratches. They apologized and prepped my car again like they do when you first buy the car (wax and everything)....but then I didnt realize they painted over the emblem until a few days ago when I washed my car again. --bit of advice---dont ever have the service dept wash your car.
