I have a 04 with 28,000 miles had the seat heater light replaced last month. Dealer did it all on warrenty. Bulb cost was under $4.00 and watched the mechanic pop switch out replace bulb and pop in switch with a total time of under 10 min's.

Noticed the sun roof light out on the swich this morning. Called dealer he asked mileage and ordered light. I will take it in in the next few days to have it replaced. All on warrenty.

Think you need to find another dealer.

 

I noticed my drivers side light is going out now.......I tap it and it comes back on. I guess it's just loose.......

 

mine left one is out but I will do it myself

 

radioshack. easy as pie. just know that it does not completely screw out, it's just a half turn and then pull out (unlock).
