i HAVE these small and annoying scratches all around my car...does anyone have ideas where i can fix this problem without dishing out a lot of dough?

 

Are they through the paint or are they just swirls in the clearcoat?

 

dont know? some of them r just small and theres one where its pretty big

 

 

Are they in a "halo" kinda shape when the sun if overhead and shining? And if so, when you move your head back and forth, does the "halo" follow?

If so, that's swirl marks, and can be removed fairly easily by a light polishing, especially using a random orbit polisher or even hand applied. Check www.autopia.org for more infor on anything relating to paint.
