Some prick slightly tapped the back of my car and its got small marks from the plate holder/screws. kinda looks like specs of dirt should I just touch it up with paint or pay to get it done and if i get it done how much would it cost?

 

Is it on the bumper? Is it bad? You should probably wait until more scratches happen to get it fixed.
