Repaint? 2 small spots

OK so basically last year, I left bird shit on my car for a very long and now the paint is all messed up and chipping. There are 2 quarter size spots above and below the rear passenger side window. I left the bird shit there for nearly half a year and when I finally cleaned it up, the paint on that spot was a little lighter than the rest. I didn't really think anything of it until the spring of this year. The spot would get noticeably darker when it rained and it started to show tiny bubbles as it was drying out. I think after a lot of this bubbling thing, the paint started to chip away. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Does anyone know how I can get this fixed without a ton of money? 3k range would be too expensive but 1k doesn't sound too bad. These are 2 small spots so let me know what you think. One is on the door, I don't think that one will be a problem but the other one is on the frame so they'll probably want to repaint the whole thing......Honestly, it's got me thinking of buying a new car now =p, maybe an Audi A4/A5. But then again, I don't really need a new car since the TSX still runs great. I'd be wasting money. aaarrrggghh

Here are some pics.

EDIT: This is a blue '04 with 50k miles. It's probably not worth more than 10k so I don't know if dumping money into repairing it would be a good idea.

I just took a closer look and it just looks like the top paint got eaten away and the black primer is still there. I don't know anything about paint but I think I can just sand the flake and dark spot away and use touch up paint to cover it right?

Paint will fade over time. Simple touch up paint may not "blend in" with the surrounding color. I'd recommend a pro.

go to a hobby shop and buy a airbrush kit for model cars $25...this kit comes with compressed air, paint containers and gun...buy the model car paint that looks as closes to your car this is actual car paint...sand the area really nice, tape and cover everywhere else to not over spray...light pray from far so the paint will grab wait few minutes and give it another coat...I've done it before..n saved cash..
