removing door panel?
I was changing my light bulbs on my side door and i accidentally pushed it in, and now the socket is in the door. Do you think the dealer would be willing to put it back in for me on my next oil change? Or is it hard to do? I tried getting it back in, but its practically impossible without taking off the panel

Had the same thing happen to me while changing the light. Complete removal of the door panel is not necessary, only the corner edge closest to the light needs to be pried apart enough so you can squeeze your hand in. All you need is a flat head, pair of needle nose pliers, and a shop towel (to prevent scratches).
Use the flat head with shop towel and press against the door frame and the plastic seal of the panel. to gain a little clearance. Now pull...gently. It will take a little force but you should hear two pops. These are the retaining clips being unseated. This should provide you enough space to fit your hand inside and get the light assembly.
The retaining clips for the door panels are made in such a way that they have to be seated against the panel first then popped into the door frame. Using the pliers pull the retaining clips out of metal door frame then seat in the slot of the door panel. Afterwards, pop the panel back into place.
