rear foglight help

anyone have instructions on how to wire up the switch? i tried searching but couldn't find an answer.

forgot to mention that this is the switch i was given http://www.heeltoeauto.com/Honda-Acc...s-pr-4602.html is this the correct one?

haha honestly man my friend is the wiring pro so i have no idea what he did to get it to work. i think he mentioned something about having to make his own wiring harness
