Rattles free until....

Hello guys and gal,

After having my 05 tsx for almost 3 months now, I noticing rattles coming out from the steering wheel's audio control. Not sure which button, but it has to be either the volumne, channel or mode.

It only happens when I go over bumps. I have to put my left hand to cover all the button if I am on bumpy road to make it silence. So I can't do this on a bumpy road, or this or or or , cause i am too busy with my left hand.

Is there any easy way to fix it instead of taking it apart? I did some research on taking it apart is a pain, need to take the air bag out and lots of screws and wiring....

Any helps will help. Thanks in advance

No car is rattle/buzz free in this price range. Even more expensive cars will have them sometimes. Letting the dealer tear apart the dash on a 3 month old car will probably make it worse.

You could do this to the parts that are making noise, but I recommend that you and then say to Acura and buy a Lexus instead.

Thank you for all the inputs.

I don't really mind the rattle myself, because I love my TSXb And I am enjoying it too much to ignore it.

BUT it's kinda embrass when one of my frined asked, what's that noise. And even worse, he drove a Lexus IS, and I don't want to let Acura down.

I will bring it in the dealership when it's time for my first oil change, and let them have a look.

Thank again

ps, I am a hardcore loyal Honda fan, and this is my fifth honda/acura, so f*** Toyota/Lexus.
