Waited 3 weeks to be sure my problem is fixed. I thought it was embarrassing just to ask my dealer to fix a rattle noise on my front windshield. They told me to drop the car off and take a loaner.

It took them 3 days but they said there was a bulletin about the rattle and they also found noise on the driver door and replaced my headliner. Talk about great service.

I have to send a thank you letter to Open Road of Wayne and let Acura USA know about the nice service.

So, HOW did they fix the rattles? Many here would like to know.

 

Replaced foam between the dashboard and window. Then they went on another test drive and found problems I never knew existed. Replaced headliner and not totally sure how they did the side door but they said they had to follow the instructions provided from Acura concerning rattles. That's why it took a few days. Nice to have a 03 TL 3.2 loaner and compare the difference to the TSX.
